A federal high court sitting in Abuja this morning terminated hearing on the two separate suits challenging the eligibility of the president-elect, Gen. Buhari, to participate in the March 28th presidential election.
In his judgement, the presiding judge, Justice Ademola Adeniyi struck out the suits after the plaintiffs withdrew them through separate notices of discontinuance they filed before the High court. No date have been fixed for the other pending eligibility suit against Gen. Buhari.
