Nyesom Wike Wins Rivers State Governorship Election

The Candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP), Nyesom Wike, has been declared the winner of the governorship election in Rivers State by the Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC). Mr Wike defeated the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Mr Dakuku Peterside, with a total of 1,029,102 votes. Mr Peterside polled 124,896 votes.
