Boko Haram: Military Recaptures Bama

It was a huge success and victory for the Nigerian military in the on-going war agaisnt the insurgent in the northern part of the country as they recaptured Bama town in Borno state from Boko Haram yesterday. The town fell to the hand of the militants in September 2014. 
The battle to recapture the town was led by the General Officer Commanding (GOC), the 7th division, General Lamidi Adeosun. There was no serious resistance during the battle to retake the branch.
