The Federal High Court in Lagos has restrained Daar Communications Plc
(AIT) from broadcasting any video documentaries against All Progressives
Congress (APC) Vice-Presidential candidate Prof Yemi Osinbajo (SAN).
According to Thisday, the order by Justice James Tsoho was made on Wednesday
has been extended to all other broadcast stations under the control of the
Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria including NTA. It would be recall that a recent documentary aired by AIT against the All progressive Party Leader, Bola Tinubu causes a lot of controversies and eventually landed in a law suit.
